Talent Scan: Safety at Work
An increasing number of organisations see safety as their top priority. Employees must possess specific personal characteristics and skills to guarantee this. The ‘Safety at Work’ Talent Scan is an online selection assessment that has been specially developed for operational/secondary vocational education positions.
The candidate receives an email inviting him/her to complete the ‘Safety at Work’ Talent Scan. It takes about 35 minutes to complete this compact online assessment. The scan consists of an intelligence test and two brief personality questionnaires.
What does the Talent Scan achieve?
A report is generated on completion of the online assessment. This report can be downloaded immediately and is sent to the client following approval. A report is also available for the candidate (contains specific development recommendations) and for the recruiter/interviewer (contains interview questions).
How does a person cope with risks and unsafe situations?
Among other things, the Talent Scan provides information about how a person reacts to a sudden increase in workload (high stress) and changes. What capabilities and skills does a person have when it comes to working safely? In addition, the Talent Scan provides information about a person’s personal profile (collaboration, work approach), mental capabilities and specific competencies in relation to working safely.
